Thiamin B1

Thiamin is the technical name for what is also known as vitamin B1. Although many people refer to it simply as B1, when you are looking for nutritional information on foods for the content of thiamin/B1, it is typically listed simply as thiamin. There are many benefits of vitamin B1, and the most notable is that thiamin/B1 helps the body to process carbohydrates and fat and turn it into energy.
